Jaymie Anderton Joins Multiply!

Hello! My name is Jaymie Anderton and I've been attending SunWest Christian Fellowship in
Calgary for 20 years.
I - Love - youth and young adults. We have an *amazing* generation of young people who are
stuck behind their phone screens and not in a very easy position to become all that they can
be without some help.
As a young adult myself, I grew up with strong leadership around me who believed in me,
challenged me and encouraged me to continually move forward in leadership development.
My pastor & church supported me to go on leadership development retreats, to connect with
worshipers and my life was changed as I engaged in multiple mission trips.
In partnership with local churches, the main focus of ours is to develop opportunities (both
local and abroad) for emerging leaders in Alberta that will powerfully launch them forward,..
whether into church leadership, mission, church planting or the market place.
In my new role with Multiply in partnership with ABMB, OUR goal is to identify, connect and
equip emerging leaders in Alberta. I’ll have the privilege of working with you and your church in
shoulder tapping this generation. I’m available to listen to challenges you face in raising up this
generation and help coordinate experiential disciple-making events for emerging leaders.
Developing healthy, thriving, passionate lovers of Jesus needs to start here - with great
leadership development among our young people. If we want to be effective, we need to
engage this generation contextually… not in the ways of generations past.
We need you and your insight to help us identify the true leadership development gaps of this
generation and how we can most effectively go about powerful change and development going
forward together as a team. Through relationships, we want to partner with churches across the
province to obliterate the leadership gaps in this upcoming generation - by helping facilitate,
connect, and launch our young people forward.
