Around the Office

It is with mixed emotions that we say goodbye (as coworkers only!) to our good friends and ministry
partners Ruth Braun and Rob Schroeder.




Ruth Braun has finished her service with Multiply as Hospitality and Communications coordinator for the Central Canada office. Ruth served with a passion for deeply caring for our international workers and creating spaces and events for many mission events such as MINA visits, SOAR leaders and MB Mission events. She is greatly missed. Ruth is a full time foster parent at this time, investing her time and gifts in the next generation through living out a holistic Gospel.


Rob Schroeder has finished his service with Multiply as TREK Central Canada Coordinator. Rob helped revamp and shape the systems and practices of TREK to bring a new level of efficiency. Rob's caring approach and shepherd leadership will be greatly missed. Rob and Lisa are expecting their first child this summer. Rob is returning to market place ministry at this time.

Thank you for all the heart and soul that you poured into this organization. We will not be the same without you!

God made us in His own image and likeness (Gen 1:26), and this allows us to connect with Him in complex, intimate, and deeply personal ways. News from Japan!        Due to formatting issues, some pictures were omitted.   Doris Goertz “ So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” Colossians 2:6 Baptism July 28, 2019 was a special day as four new believers were baptized in Amagasaki church. What a blessing it was to hear their testimonies and see them declare their faith in Jesus. My 74- year-old English student, Tsuyoshi, invited his two sons and their families to witness this special occasion in his life and they all came. Along with Tsuyoshi, three women were also baptized. As I listened to their testimonies, I was encouraged by the way that God deals with each individual very personally and draws them to himself in unique ways.
